Overview

The Apex Instruments Method 26A Sampling Train is designed for the determination of hydrogen halide and halogen emissions. Method 26A is an isokinetic alternative to Method 26, making it particularly suitable for sampling emissions from wet scrubber-controlled sources that produce acid droplets.

This method requires a Method 5 sampling train, enhanced with additional impingers, reagents, and PTFE-coated glass fibre filter media to ensure precise and compliant sample collection.
