Advanced Flow Measurement for EPA Methods 2, 2F, and 2G
Overview
The XC-3D55 Flow Measurement Console is designed for accurate determination of stack gas velocity and volumetric flow rate using three-dimensional probes, in compliance with EPA Methods 2, 2F, and 2G.
This console works alongside various pitot tubes to measure velocity pressure, yaw angle, and pitch angle in stacks or ducts.
The XC-3D55 Console easily integrates with the UINC-3D Umbilical/Inclinometer Assembly, featuring:
✅ 1/4-inch quick connects
✅ 4-pin circular connector
✅ Type-K thermocouple jack
Stack temperature, velocity pressure, pitch pressure, and yaw angle are displayed via:
- Digital display totalizer
- Process meters
- Magnehelic gauge (for null angle readings)
